What we're looking for
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex problems. Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights. Implement and experiment with state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and techniques. Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into applications. Stay updated on emerging machine learning technologies, frameworks, and tools. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business challenges.
At least 2 years of proven experience as an AI/ML Specialist or Data Scientist, with a focus on machine learning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for machine learning and data analysis. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and tools. Knowledge of data visualization and exploration tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment is a plus. Advanced english level.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF). Experience with hybrid cloud solutions. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with DevOps practices. Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
