Role overview
We are seeking a Blockchain Engineer to join our Treasury team, focused on building and maintaining on-chain infrastructure to support liquidity management, cash operations, custody, and risk management. This role will design and implement smart contract solutions, automation pipelines, and integrations with custodial and non-custodial wallets to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant treasury operations.
What you'll work on
- Smart Contract Development & Auditing
- Design, build, and audit smart contracts to automate treasury workflows, including rebalancing, cross-chain swaps, and bridging.
- On-Chain Infrastructure & Automation
- Build systems to consolidate and monitor balances across EOAs, Safe/MPC wallets, custodians, and DeFi protocols.
- Automate recurring transactions (e.g., stablecoin conversions, revenue rebalancing) aligned with treasury policy targets.
- Treasury System Integration
- Integrate on-chain infrastructure with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba) for unified reporting across fiat, custodial, and non-custodial accounts.
- Develop APIs and middleware to ensure seamless interaction between blockchain networks and internal systems.
- Risk & Compliance Support
- Support risk management with real-time visibility into protocol-level exposures, credit/counterparty risk, and liquidity positions.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Security, and Product teams to translate policy and risk requirements into technical solutions.
- Partner with custodians, auditors, and external vendors (e.g., MPC providers like Fireblocks/FORDEFI) for integration and compliance.
What we're looking for
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) integration.
- Prior work in fintech, digital asset exchanges, or institutional crypto custody.
- Strong security mindset: ability to identify and mitigate smart contract and infrastructure risks.
