Business Monitoring Intern

Your Mission

As a Business Monitoring Intern, you will support daily operations through data analysis, providing valuable insights, and assisting with strategic decision-making. In this role, you will be expected to explore our business requirements and deliver comprehensive, standardised reports for various stakeholders across the company.

What You’ll do

• Analyse large amounts of data, providing data extractions and creating data visualisations in order to meet the stakeholders needs.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Bitpanda data ecosystem.
• Learning Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) techniques to automate operational processes.
• Support data-focused projects, like KPI dashboards, alerts of significant business events, performance monitoring.

Who You Are

• Completed studies with the focus on data analytics.
• Take a proactive approach for gathering requirements from a variety of stakeholders to create flexible solutions for operations needs.
• Practical experience with SQL and Python (Pandas & Matplotlib).
• Basic knowledge and understanding of LLMs.
