What we're looking for
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in any business related field.
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, IT or Economics.
- Proven, hands-on experience working extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools in a professional or advanced project setting.
- Supply Chain Acumen: Solid understanding of core supply chain principles
- Outstanding written communication skills with a strong grasp of language, syntax, and logical flow. (You must be able to articulate complex supply chain problems simply and precisely to a machine).
- Ability to deconstruct a broad operational problem (e.g., a regional distribution delay) into systematic steps that an AI can process and resolve.
- Deep understanding of how LLMs function, including concepts like context windows, system prompts, few-shot prompting, and chain-of-thought reasoning.
- A continuous learner who stays ahead of the rapid changes in AI technology and model updates.
- Experience working with major Supply Chain systems and data structures (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan).
- Basic understanding of API integrations, Python, or standard automation tools.
- Experience building custom GPTs, specialized AI agents, or internal AI assistants for operational use.
- Knowledge of data privacy and AI ethics/compliance within a corporate environment.
