Cloud AI Engineer Microsoft Azure

WORKPLACE: (Remote)

PROFILE:

• Higher education in Information Technology;
• Professional experience in IT technical support roles (Level 2 or higher) in corporate environments;
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (particularly services related to AI and data management, such as Azure AI Foundry/Studio);
• Experience in configuring, supporting, and deploying solutions using AI Builder (Power Platform) and Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365 or other variants);
• Solid knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably using Microsoft Entra ID;
• Good understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) concepts;
• Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting and quick problem resolution;
• Good knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) (valued);
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodologies and Azure DevOps (valued);
• Familiarity with IT service management best practices and frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is valued;
• Good foundational knowledge of prompt engineering and the functioning of Large Language Models (LLMs) (valued);
• Previous experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) (valued);
• Certifications are valued, particularly AZ-104, AI-102, PL-100, and/or Microsoft 365 certifications;
• Knowledge of English;
• Proactivity and strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
