WORKPLACE: (Remote)
PROFILE:
- Higher education in Information Technology;
- Professional experience in IT technical support roles (Level 2 or higher) in corporate environments;
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (particularly services related to AI and data management, such as Azure AI Foundry/Studio);
- Experience in configuring, supporting, and deploying solutions using AI Builder (Power Platform) and Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365 or other variants);
- Solid knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably using Microsoft Entra ID;
- Good understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) concepts;
- Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting and quick problem resolution;
- Good knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) (valued);
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodologies and Azure DevOps (valued);
- Familiarity with IT service management best practices and frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is valued;
- Good foundational knowledge of prompt engineering and the functioning of Large Language Models (LLMs) (valued);
- Previous experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) (valued);
- Certifications are valued, particularly AZ-104, AI-102, PL-100, and/or Microsoft 365 certifications;
- Knowledge of English;
- Proactivity and strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
