Role overview
The Robinhood Markets (âRHMâ) Compliance team is Robinhoodâs parent company group, and the AI Compliance Lead within RHM Compliance will play a critical role in supporting Robinhoodâs development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence. Working with legal, Engineering and oversight groups across Robinhood, this individual will ensure that the development and use of AI technologies are transparent, ethical, and compliant with relevant regulations. This role will entail significant work on high-priority, cross-functional projects and will lead the compliance efforts to create and manage the AI Compliance framework.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhoodâs equity plan.
