Rate: $60-65/hr. C2C
Work Authorization: USC, GC, GC-EAD and H4-EAD
*Job Description:
* Airlines is seeking a Contact Center / Conversational AI Engineer to support digital payment solutions across conversational and digital channels. This role will focus on building and integrating secure payment experiences across mobile, web, and messaging platforms while coordinating delivery with internal and third-party teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build payment solutions for mobile and web applications across digital channels (In-App, Web, SMS, RCS, Apple Business Chat).
- Develop and integrate APIs and interfaces to manage payments through multiple payment gateways.
- Lead program planning and execution from build through deployment, coordinating with third-party vendors and tracking dependencies.
- Ensure timely delivery by managing schedules, risks, and cross-team alignment.
- Support and enhance conversational AI / contact center platforms.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with digital payment integrations across mobile and web platforms.
- Hands-on experience building payment APIs and gateway integrations.
- Experience managing end-to-end solution delivery involving external solution providers.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Netomi and/or LivePerson SaaS platforms.
