About the role
As a Mid-Level Data AI Developer at Bdeo you'll play a critical role in our data team,
- Productionize expert-level computer vision models, closing the loop between data science academic research and tangible product value.
- Designing and implementing Agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered features that move beyond static automation to dynamic decision-making.
- Being responsible for implementing robust data solutions, optimizing pipelines, and ensuring the seamless integration of AI models into production environments.
- Working with a product-oriented agile squad, and focus on designing, implementing and deploying new and innovative AI solutions.
- Collaborating with talented people from different backgrounds such as data scientists, MLops engineers, analytics engineers, product managers, software engineers, QA engineers…
- Promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the team.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and Maintain Data Solutions: Build and optimize data solutions to fulfill product delivery needs.
- AI Orchestration**: ** Develop and maintain agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, etc) to automate complex insurance workflows.
- Performance Optimization: Refactor and optimize Python code to improve efficiency and scalability of existing workflows.
- Tooling and Automation: Create internal tools to support the delivery of features related to data science.
- Data Management: Collaborate on data cleaning, transformation, and structuring to enable advanced analytics.
- Model Integration: Work closely with data scientists to test, and integrate machine learning models into production.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with MLOps engineers to improve CI/CD pipelines for machine learning applications and ensure robust monitoring of deployed systems.
Who are we searching for
- 1+ years of professional experience in python developement.
- Proficiency in Python with a strong focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- LLM & Generative AI: Proven experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Open Source models via HuggingFace) and a solid understanding of Agentic AI design patterns.
- Experience in Data Pipelines: ETL and data workflow orchestration.
- Cloud Expertise: familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Frameworks & Libraries: working knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and similar libraries.
- Basic ML Knowledge: Understanding of machine learning lifecycle and concepts to collaborate effectively with data scientists.
- Database Skills: Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB) databases.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to debug and solve complex technical challenges.
- Eager to keep improving yourself with the latest technologies.
- Fluent in English written and spoken
What we're looking for
- Industry experience working on machine learning
- Product-oriented and proactive mindset to propose and implement new solutions
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, MLflow…)
- Data science background or of related fields
- Solid foundation in statistics and mathematics
- Exposure to Machine Learning: Hands-on experience deploying or retraining models is a plus
- Experience using RestAPI frameworks
- Fluency in Spanish
