Background
We are building next-generation, customer-facing digital experiences powered by Generative AI. This role will be part of a high-impact product team focused on developing intelligent chatbot solutions that enhance user engagement and self-service capabilities.
You will work at the intersection of machine learning, large language models, and scalable system design to create cutting-edge AI-driven applications.
Scope of Work
The consultant will support the digital product team in designing and developing a customer-facing GenAI chatbot solution, contributing across architecture, development, and optimization of AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build GenAI-powered chatbot solutions for customer-facing applications
- Develop and implement agentic AI frameworks for autonomous and context-aware interactions
- Architect and optimize LLM-based systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Ensure ML pipeline excellence, including training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
- Contribute to AI architecture design, including model selection, orchestration, and integration
- Continuously improve model performance using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Build and evolve agentic frameworks for chatbot systems
- Maintain and improve machine learning pipelines and workflows
- Design and implement AI/ML architectures aligned with product needs
- Work hands-on with LLMs for experimentation, testing, and deployment
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI applications
- Proficiency in Python and solid software engineering practices
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML development, including model integration and deployment
- Experience building AI agents / autonomous systems
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and pipelines
- Background in Mathematics, Physics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or similar quantitative fields
- Experience with modern AI tooling, frameworks, and cloud environments

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 250,00kr - 300,00kr per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
