Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a Predictive Models team focused on building Responsible AI solutions for marketing campaigns. The role involves developing machine learning models that enhance customer targeting, personalization, and engagement across marketing initiatives.
You will work on advanced analytics projects using Python, ML frameworks, and Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as text classification, summarization, and customer intent detection. The role also includes designing experiments, running A/B tests, and integrating predictive models into production environments.
You will collaborate closely with marketing and analytics teams to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies and help optimize customer journey-driven marketing campaigns.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning
Work Model: Hybrid (50% Onsite / 50% Remote)

Languages: Fluent English + Dutch or French

Pay: €600,00 - €650,00 per day
