What we're looking for
- 1-4 years of experience with machine learning tools and building models (Python, R)
- Experience with data visualization and familiarity with data systems such as Cloud architectures, Hadoop, or SQL
- Strong curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Empathy and a collaborative mindset, with a commitment to supporting colleagues and clients
- Prior experience in consulting or client-facing data science roles, data engineering, or MLOps is a plus
- Familiarity with WebApps development (JavaScript, RShiny, Dash) or building APIs is desirable
