**About the Role**
We are looking for a passionate and skilled
**Data Scientist**
to join our dynamic analytics and AI team in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
**Machine Learning, Python, PySpark**
, and exposure to
**Generative AI**
technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that power intelligent business decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, build, and optimize
**machine learning**
and
**predictive models**
to solve business challenges.
* Work with
**large-scale datasets**
using
**PySpark**
, optimizing data pipelines for performance and scalability.
* Develop and implement
**Generative AI**
use cases (e.g., LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering).
* Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to identify data opportunities.
* Communicate insights clearly through visualizations and presentations to stakeholders.
* Stay updated on latest trends in
**AI/ML**
and apply innovative approaches to improve model performance.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
* **Strong programming skills**
in
**Python**
(NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
* Proven experience with
**PySpark**
for big data processing.
* Hands-on experience in
**Machine Learning**
model development and deployment.
* Exposure to
**Generative AI**
(LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt design, or related frameworks).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
**Nice to Have**
* Experience with cloud platforms (
**AWS, GCP, or Azure**
).
* Familiarity with
**MLOps**
frameworks and model deployment pipelines.
* Experience in
**data visualization tools**
(Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
