You'll be working closely with Vinzenz (CTO) and Ann (CPO) - both technical founders who understand that great AI requires both deep technical investment and product intuition.

Qualifikation
This is the perfect role for an AI engineer who wants to join an early-stage company and push the boundaries of what's possible with AI in construction.
What we're looking for
- Previous startup experience – especially if you were the "AI person" who had to figure everything out
- Domain expertise in construction, manufacturing, or other complex industries with messy data
- Open source contributions or impressive side projects in AI/ML
- You've built AI systems that replaced hours of manual work – show us the impact
