👍 Qualifications

3+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years of Python and TypeScript (Next.js) experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong ML fundamentals, NLP, topic modeling, and clustering techniques.
Experience with LLMs like GPT 3.5/4 and other open-source LLMs.
Experience with fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone.
Proven experience building high-performance backend systems and working with enterprise-level APIs.
Experience contributing to system design/architecture improvements
Proven ability to work in a startup environment, where adaptability and a willingness to wear multiple hats are crucial.
Self-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Proven record of shipping features on time and on budget
