The role of GenAI Engineering is key to transforming business challenges into intelligent, innovative solutions. We are looking for someone passionate about Generative Artificial Intelligence, eager to learn, grow, and apply cutting-edge technologies in real-world projects.
What you'll work on
Support the analysis of business problems and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
Contribute to the design and development of scalable GenAI solutions.
Assist in effort estimation and communicate the value of solutions to clients.
Participate in building and optimizing Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models, etc.).
Develop and integrate APIs for production environments.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects in agile teams.
Apply LLMOps best practices, including monitoring and continuous integration.
Research and explore emerging GenAI trends to bring innovation into projects.
What we're looking for
- 1+ year in building GenAI solutions or prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud applications (Azure preferred).
- Programming: Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- GenAI: practical knowledge of LLMs, GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models.
- NLP/OCR/Multimodal: interest or experience in real-world applications.
- APIs: FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Cloud & Infra: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Agentic Frameworks: AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, Crew AI.
- Methodologies: collaborative, agile environments.
- Good english level
