Role overview
We are seeking a Lead Generative AI Developer to design and build enterprise-grade AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Python backend development , LLM integrations , prompt engineering , and AI agent orchestration . This role requires a technical leader who can translate business workflows into scalable AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise platforms, driving innovation through intelligent automation and AI-enabled workflows.
What you'll work on
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Python and modern frontend technologies
- Build and integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases
- Implement LLM integrations , including prompt engineering, API orchestration, and workflow automation
- Design and consume RESTful APIs to integrate AI services and enterprise systems
- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to support AI platform integrations
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives
- Contribute to AI-driven workflow design, SOP automation, and intelligent decision-support systems
- Drive UI and feature enhancements through design reviews, demos, and stakeholder feedback
