Role overview
*Company Description
BModelr is the performance system for service businesses that turns operational complexity into margin. We map the specific drivers that control your outcomes, track them weekly with your team, and tell you exactly where to focus — and why — based on what's actually happening inside your operation right now.
We have real clients, proven domain expertise (25+ combined years in operating strategy and finance), and a product thesis that has been 13 years in the making. We are now at the point where we need to build for scale.
Role Description
This is a co-founder role. You'd join as CTO with real equity and salary — not as a hired engineer. You need to think like an owner because you'd be one.
What you'd own:**
- Agentic AI orchestration and LLM integration — built and deployed in production, not just experimented with
- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture — designed from scratch and shipped
- SMB data pipelines (QuickBooks, POS, CRM) — comfortable with real-world, messy data
- All infrastructure — cloud, deployment, monitoring, security — you own it end to end
- Rapid iteration with Jeff (CEO/PM) and Julian (COO) in a small, high-conviction team
You're genuinely current on the agentic AI landscape — what's shipping now, what's next. US-based, ideally within 1.5–2 hours of Philadelphia.
What we're looking for
- LLM API integration (Anthropic and/or OpenAI) — hands-on, production experience
- Agentic AI orchestration — deployed in production, not just experimented with
- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture — designed and built from scratch
- Current on the agentic AI landscape — what's shipping now, what's next
- US-based — ideally within 1.5–2 hours of Philadelphia
- Comfortable building in ambiguity with minimal team
