- Location: Southern California, Hybrid
- Contract Details: $60–$63/hour, 6-month W2 contract

What you'll work on
- Design, build, and deploy GenAI-powered chatbots and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Own the full solution lifecycle including prompt engineering, topic configuration, flow design, testing, and deployment
- Build and manage Power Automate flows to support AI-driven business logic and data processing
- Integrate AI solutions with structured and unstructured enterprise data using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns
- Connect solutions to Azure OpenAI and enterprise systems via REST APIs
- Write light Python or PowerShell scripts for automation, data preparation, and testing
- Continuously refine prompt logic and system instructions to improve accuracy, safety, and performance
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in client-facing working sessions and solution reviews
- Partner with senior architects on complex integrations and design decisions
What we're looking for
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Python-based AI frameworks
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures
- Experience working with structured and unstructured enterprise data
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400
- Prior experience in consulting or professional services environments
