What you'll work on
- Develop, train, and fine-tune large-scale generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other machine learning tools.
- Design scalable data pipelines utilizing ETL processes with Talend, Hadoop, Spark, and Bash scripting to handle vast datasets efficiently.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance language understanding and generation capabilities within AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments through model deployment best practices.
- Conduct data mining and analysis using SQL, R, SAS, and Looker to extract actionable insights for model improvement.
- Optimize model training processes by leveraging unsupervised learning methods and quantum engineering principles where applicable.
- Ensure robust database design and management for storing training data, model parameters, and performance metrics across various platforms including AWS cloud services.
Skills
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) for scripting and development tasks.
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other AI libraries.
- Strong knowledge of big data tools including Hadoop, Spark, and related analytics platforms.
- Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), model training techniques, and model deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services for scalable computing and storage solutions.
- Solid understanding of database design principles along with SQL proficiency for data manipulation.
- Experience with data mining tools like SAS and Talend for extracting insights from complex datasets.
- Knowledge of Linked Data concepts to connect disparate information sources effectively.
- Ability to work with advanced analytics tools such as Looker for visualization purposes.
