Role overview
- 10+ years of experience with hands on experience in architecting and implementing at least 2 of the following Salesforce clouds – Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud and
- in recent 2-3 years experience in Architecting and implementing Einstein AI features within Salesforce ecosystem, specific to any of the 2 above Salesforce offerings
- Handson knowledge in AI/ Gen AI and related techstack like LLMs, RAG etc.
