Role overview
As a Jr Marketing Data Scientist, you will play a key role in supporting advanced marketing analytics initiatives, including developing of propensity to buy models, synthetic personas profiling, recommendation for next best action, and automation of insights for research and reporting questions. This role also involves applying foundational AI and machine learning techniques to solve business problems and automate processes. Your contributions will help build scalable, well-documented solutions that drive measurable impact across marketing and customer experience. Your work will directly impact how we acquire, engage, and retain B2B customers across our technology products and services portfolio.
You will work closely with senior analysts, marketing campaign managers, and channel owners to explore datasets, perform statistical analyses, and develop automated solutions. Your role will emphasize hypothesis testing, data validation, and building scalable Python-based workflows to gain deep understanding about customer behavior and uncover opportunities for driving demand.
What you'll work on
- Support development of predictive models for marketing segmentation, customer journey mapping, and profiling marketing personas.
