The Opportunity: The OpenText Cloud Services organization is seeking a Lead Artificial Intelligence Developer to join the Cloud Services& Enablement team. This team is responsible for designing, deploying, managing, and supporting scalable, secure, and efficient MLOps infrastructure and workflows across public cloud environments. This role is pivotal in enabling the deployment and operationalization of AI/ML models that power OpenText’s suite of industry-leading SaaS applications.

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering, with at least 2+ years focused on MLOps or ML infrastructure.
- Subject matter expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), especially in deploying ML workloads.
- Proficiency with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
- Experience with container orchestration (EKS/GKE/AKS, Anthos/Google Distributed Cloud) and model serving frameworks (e.g., VLLM and TorchServe).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gitlab CI/CD, Flux, Argo Workflows) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Helm and Ansible).
- Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, Bash, and YAML.
- Deep understanding of agentic frameworks like Google’s Agent Development Kit and the ability to write and deploy custom operations-centric agents.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Understanding of data versioning, model versioning, and experiment tracking.
- Experience with security, compliance, and governance in ML environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with MLOps trends and technologies.
