Role overview
We are looking for a talented Lead .NET Engineer with deep expertise in AI and Azure to drive innovative solutions for our client's insurance-focused projects. This role will involve designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions, mentoring a team of developers, and delivering high-performance, scalable applications.
*This position offers a hybrid model of work, with 3 days per week working from one of our offices located in Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Warsaw, Katowice, Poznan and Lodz.
What you'll work on
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions using .NET, Azure cloud services, and OpenAI APIs
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure applications with integrated AI models and natural language processing capabilities
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI specialists, and product owners to transition AI research into production-level software
- Drive technical best practices in coding, architecture, testing, and DevOps for AI development
- Provide mentorship and leadership to developers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical growth
- Oversee project planning, sprint execution, and delivery to ensure timely alignment with business objectives
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code solutions on Azure
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in AI solutions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and cloud innovations to enhance platform capabilities

- Experience in real-time data processing and streaming technologies
- Background in creating conversational AI/chatbots or natural language processing applications
- Knowledge of security standards and compliance for AI and data handling applications
