• Certified Scrum Master, experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies • Experience managing both small, in-person teams and large teams distributed across multiple continents • Experience managing/working with asynchronous (async) global/offshore teams • Graphic Design / Visual Design / UX/UI background • Data Analytics and Visualization education and experience • Experience training / onboarding team members as well as coaching and mentoring • Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executive and c-level stakeholders
