Java developer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative LLM AI Developer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with generative AI systems, prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, and deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.

The role involves developing intelligent assistants, AI automation tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and enterprise AI applications using modern AI platforms and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Build and optimize AI agents, copilots, and conversational AI systems
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance for domain-specific use cases
• Create robust prompt engineering strategies and agent workflows
• Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms
• Develop scalable backend services for AI applications
• Monitor model performance, latency, token usage, and operational reliability
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver AI features
• Ensure AI systems follow security, privacy, and responsible AI best practices
• Stay updated with advancements in generative AI, LLM frameworks, and emerging tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or software development
• Strong proficiency in:
• Python
• REST APIs
• SQL/NoSQL databases
• Git and version control
• Hands-on experience with:
• OpenAI APIs
• LangChain / LangGraph
• LlamaIndex
• Hugging Face
• Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS
• Knowledge of:
• Prompt engineering
• RAG architectures
• AI agents and tool calling
• Embeddings and semantic search
• Experience deploying AI applications using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable system architecture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
