Role overview
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join one of our teams working on a confidential international project developed in collaboration with one of the world’s largest toy manufacturers, a global brand recognized for innovation, education, and creativity.
You will work within a small, focused R&D team on non-trivial ML problems involving multimodal and agentic systems, at the intersection of vision, language, and reasoning. The role combines applied research with hands-on implementation, where your contributions are visible and impactful, and offers the opportunity to grow your expertise by working closely with both research and real-world system development.
What you'll work on
- Conduct applied research and develop ML/AI models
- Design, train, and optimize: Vision-Language Models (VLMs), Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic MCP frameworks
- Build and improve scalable multimodal architectures
- Read, understand, and implement ML research papers
- Collaborate with international teams across research, design, and engineering
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning
- Solid foundations in: linear algebra (including matrix operations), probability theory and statistics, algorithms and theoretical computer science basics, working knowledge of calculus (practical level)
- Hands-on experience with: LLMs (fine-tuning, LoRA, or others), Vision-Language Models, Agentic AI systems, Diffusion models
- Strong Python skills; C++ is a plus
- Experience with a modern ML framework (preferably PyTorch)
- Ability to read and implement research papers
- Interest in learning, experimenting, and contributing in a collaborative team
