- The core responsibilities involve transitioning ML models from prototype to production while optimising foundation models for domain-specific applications through fine-tuning and quantisation
- You must possess deep expertise in traditional ML algorithms, feature engineering, and advanced deep learning architectures, including Transformers and Attention mechanisms
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace is essential, alongside a strong grasp of model optimisation tools like ONNX or TensorRT
- Additionally, the position requires a commitment to ethical AI principles and interpretability using SHAP or LIME, ensuring all solutions are scalable, high-performing, and rigorously validated through A/B testing
