Role overview
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work at the intersection of data engineering and machine learning, building scalable solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across our business. A key part of the role is working with large volumes of smart meter data, ensuring it is processed, validated, and made available in a reliable and efficient way.
You will collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand needs and turn them into practical solutions. The role combines hands-on development with continuous improvement of both solutions and ways of working.
In your role, you will:
- Build and maintain data pipelines for production
- Develop and deploy machine learning solutions and data products
- Work with large-scale datasets, primarily within smart metering
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Continuously improve existing data products and workflows
We work according to DataOps and MLOps principles, with Data as a Product central to how we design, deliver, and operate our data and ML solutions.
