**Salary

£110,000 – £160,000 + bonus + equity**

Responsibilities

• Deploy ML models to production

• Build scalable data pipelines

• Implement MLOps frameworks

• Optimize model performance

Interview Process (5 Stages)

• Recruiter Screening – 30 minutes

Initial discussion with J&T Recruitment covering experience in machine learning, Python, and model deployment.

• Technical Coding Interview – 60 minutes

Python coding challenge and ML fundamentals.

• Machine Learning System Design – 75 minutes

Designing scalable ML pipelines and deployment architecture.

• ML Project Deep Dive – 60 minutes

Detailed discussion of previous ML systems and real-world applications.

• Final Leadership Interview – 45 minutes

Discussion with the Head of Engineering covering collaboration, culture, and long-term goals.
