Join our AI lab in Tampa, FL to build cutting-edge machine learning models that power the future of AI-driven interviews. You'll work on natural language processing, speech recognition, and candidate assessment algorithms.
What you'll work on
- Design and implement ML models for interview analysis and candidate assessment
- Develop NLP systems for conversation understanding and sentiment analysis
- Build and optimize speech-to-text and speech analysis pipelines
- Collaborate with research scientists to productionize new AI capabilities
- Train and fine-tune large language models for interview-specific tasks
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Experience with NLP, speech processing, or conversational AI
- Knowledge of MLOps best practices and model deployment
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
