What you'll work on
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and AI solutions to address client-specific challenges.

- Implement and manage ML Ops practices to ensure the reliability and scalability of machine learning solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Lead Data Science Consultant, with a strong portfolio of projects showcasing your expertise.
- Consulting experience is a must.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas).
- Experience with ML Ops practices and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
