Solidmatics Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Content Manager with big interest and curiosity in AI, LLM, and Voice technologies to join our dynamic remote team. We are committed to transforming the way businesses interact with technology, and we need your creative skills to enhance our content strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, particularly in large language models (LLMs), and experience in voice technology to effectively curate and produce engaging content. In this role, you will work closely with our product and marketing teams to develop comprehensive content that resonates with our audience, drives thought leadership, and provides value to our clients. Your expertise will help us in shaping messaging that highlights our cutting-edge offerings, while your project management skills will ensure timely and high-quality delivery. This position requires fluency in English, with exceptional writing and communication abilities that will enable effective storytelling across multiple formats. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals and supports product initiatives related to AI, LLM, and Voice. • Create, edit, and manage content for various platforms including blogs, social media, and websites. • Interview team members and convert that acquired knowledge into interesting content and articles. • Conduct research on industry trends, audience needs, and competitor strategies to inform content creation and enhancement. • Oversee the content calendar and ensure timely publication of all materials while managing competing deadlines effectively. • Analyze content performance metrics and user engagement data to optimize existing content and refine future content strategies. • Manage and mentor junior content creators, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality outputs. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in content management, preferably within the tech industry focusing on AI and voice technologies. • Proven track record of producing high-quality content that engages and informs target audiences. • Fluency in English, with exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and content marketing principles. • Experience with Gemini Deep Research, ChatGPT, Claude and other AI technologies. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. • Stock options / equity for high-performers (since this is a startup, this might be a good motivator) • Freedom with strategy and choices (as long as it delivers 😉) • Challenging project where you will learn something new
