Good Day! My entire career has been focused on customers, I consider myself a chameleon that can mold myself into any situation comfortably and can adapt to any change you can throw my way. My passion is knowing that when I answer the first email and hang up on the last call, that the client is in good hands. I take ownership and capable of addressing the clients' issues with minimal support and take initiative at getting things done. Although not asked, in my previous position, I found myself randomly calling previous projects as a quick hello to ensure that they are continuously happy with their purchase. Looking to break out in the client success manager role and make sure your clients are very happy and in turn are return clients with referals.
