Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• Strong programming abilities, especially Python Scientific Stack (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn etc.)
• Solid foundations in Data-Structures, Algorithms, Design & Architecture.
• Exposure to Machine learning models and understanding of their working.
• Excited about building cutting edge AI products.
• Relentless passion to learn, own & deliver user delight.
• Excited to solve problems using a first principles approach.
• Self driven attitude to create solid engineering pipelines to enable ML to become scalable, efficient and reliable service within and outside Hike.
• Preferred : contribution to open source.
• Preferred: Background (Projects/Coursework) in machine learning.

You will 📲

• Build and deploy machine learning models in a real time environment.
• Create deployment pipelines for server-side as well as on-device real-time inference.
• Own end to end Quality & Performance Metrics for AI deployment pipelines: from learning to inference..
