Role overview
Our client is seeking a part-time 20+ hours per week, AI Prompt Engineer to support the development of internal AI agents aimed at improving employee efficiency across the Innovation and Strategy Team. This role focuses on building and optimizing prompts and workflows using Microsoft Copilot especially Copilot Studio and a proprietary GPT model built on Microsoft Foundry.
Design, test, and optimize prompts and workflows for AI systems to automate and enhance internal company operations.
What we're looking for
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI agent development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Office Suite).
- Basic understanding of Python, SQL, or JavaScript (not required).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Engineering mindset with ability to build systems that generate usable outputs for internal teams.
