Role overview
* Design, test, and optimize prompts to guide AI models (LLMs) for accurate and relevant outputs
* Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Developers, and business teams to translate requirements into effective prompt strategies
* Integrate advanced prompting techniques (e.g., Chain-of-Thought, ReACT) with AI models
* Continuously evaluate and improve prompt performance using feedback and analytics
* Implement guardrails and conduct adversarial testing to ensure safe, ethical, and reliable AI responses
* Document prompt strategies, test cases, and optimization cycles
* Fine-tune prompts for supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing domain needs
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
* Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or NLP required
