Position: Prompt Engineer
Location: Plano, TX
Job Description
* **Prompt Design & Optimization**
: Craft and iterate prompts for various use cases (e.g., conversational AI, code generation, analytics).
* **Performance Analysis**
: Monitor AI outputs, run A/B tests, and refine prompt strategies for improved accuracy and relevance.
* **Collaboration**
: Work with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate prompt solutions into enterprise workflows.
* **Ethical Compliance**
: Ensure prompts align with responsible AI principles, addressing bias, safety, and fairness.
* **Documentation**
: Maintain prompt libraries, version control, and best-practice guidelines for reuse and scalability.
Required Skills
**Technical**
:
* Understanding of LLM architectures and APIs.
* Basic programming (Python preferred).
* Familiarity with NLP/NLG concepts and prompt engineering techniques (e.g., Chain-of-Thought, Few-Shot, RAG).
**Soft Skills**
:
* Analytical thinking and creativity.
* Strong communication for cross-functional collaboration.
* Continuous learning mindset
Experience
* Experience in AI/NLP or related fields.
* Exposure to generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, etc.).
* Knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards.
