What you'll work on

• Design, configure, and deploy AI applications using no-code/low-code platforms.
• Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into business processes for tasks like text generation, summarization, data extraction, and conversational interfaces.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional AI solutions.
• Chain multiple LLMs and tools to build efficient, reliable and transparent multi-agent workflows and advanced automations.
• Ensure interoperability with business applications in the existing ecosystem through clean and transparent data interfaces.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI solutions.
• Thoroughly validate application results against established business workflows and standards.
• Continuously evaluate and refine applications based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
• Document solution architectures, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and education purposes across stakeholder groups.

Skills

• Demonstrable experience in AI application development using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Dify, Haystack, n8n, Langchain).
• Familiarity with LLMs and their orchestration in multi-agentic workflows.
• Demonstrable expertise in prompt engineering concepts, as well as different types of task-specific LLM optimization techniques (e.g., few-shot optimization, instruction fine-tuning).
• Ability to integrate APIs and external data sources into AI workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in working with the Dify platform.
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps practices for maintaining AI solutions in production.
• Familiarity with techniques for validation and confidence assessment of AI-generated results.
• Background in business analysis or process automation.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical domain will be considered a plus.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field with a strong emphasis on AI or Natural Language Processing technologies.
