KOMMLINk GmbH is seeking an LLM Developer to join their Generate Insights from Hidden Knowledge product team in the pharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on developing AI solutions using no-code and low-code platforms to enhance customer experience and support product launches by extracting insights from unstructured text data.
What you'll work on
Skills • Demonstrable experience in AI application development using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Dify, Haystack, n8n, Langchain). • Familiarity with LLMs and their orchestration in multi-agentic workflows. • Demonstrable expertise in prompt engineering concepts, as well as different types of task-specific LLM optimization techniques (e.g., few-shot optimization, instruction fine-tuning). • Ability to integrate APIs and external data sources into AI workflows. • Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric mindset. • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in working with the Dify platform. • Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps practices for maintaining AI solutions in production. • Familiarity with techniques for validation and confidence assessment of AI-generated results. • Background in business analysis or process automation. • Experience in the pharmaceutical domain will be considered a plus.
Education Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field with a strong emphasis on AI or Natural Language Processing technologies.
