What you'll work on

• Design and implement scalable AI and ML solutions using Google Vertex AI and other advanced technologies to enhance supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into existing supply chain systems ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization.
• Develop and maintain ML Ops pipelines to automate model deployment and monitoring ensuring high availability and performance.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of AI applications ensuring efficient resource management and scalability.
• Lead the development of AI models that address specific challenges in the consumer goods supply chain driving improvements in demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Oversee the implementation of Terraform for infrastructure as code ensuring consistent and repeatable deployments across environments.
• Manage version control and collaboration using GIT maintaining a robust codebase and facilitating team contributions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Conduct regular assessments of AI and ML models to ensure accuracy and relevance making adjustments as necessary to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements in supply chain processes delivering measurable business value.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI and ML maintaining data security and privacy.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies applying new techniques to improve existing solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders ensuring alignment and understanding of AI initiatives.

Skills

• 9 to 13 years of experience in AI and ML technologies
• Expertise in Airflow, Google Vertex AI, ML Ops, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong background in Supply Chain Management, particularly in the Consumer Goods sector
• Strong expertise in Airflow, Google Vertex AI, and ML Ops with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for efficient application deployment and management
• Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts with practical experience in developing and deploying models
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud-Machine Learning and its application in real-world scenarios
• Experience in Terraform for infrastructure management ensuring reliable and scalable deployments
• Proficiency in GIT for version control and collaborative development
• Domain expertise in Supply Chain Management, particularly in the Consumer Goods sector
• Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer Certification
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator
• Terraform Associate
