Role overview
Knowledge-driven AI applications
- Design and implement intelligent systems that enable users to interact with large and complex information sets through natural language, supporting use cases such as automated insights, report generation, and conversational interfaces.
Enterprise AI foundations
- Participate in building a shared AI ecosystem intended to support multiple products and business domains. This includes standardizing tools, frameworks, and architectures that accelerate the adoption of advanced AI capabilities across teams.
Cross-technology collaboration
- Work closely with engineers from diverse technical backgrounds to integrate AI components into existing systems. You will contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection within a collaborative, iterative delivery model.
Minimum requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on backend development, particularly using Python
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI or Generative AI solutions in real-world environments
- Solid understanding of commonly used AI frameworks, libraries, and model integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems collaboratively
- Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to both engineering and non-engineering audiences
- A genuine agile mindset centered on teamwork, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing
- Comfortable working in fast-evolving technical environments and delivering outcomes within agreed timelines
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on solution quality and performance
- Clear, structured, and effective communication skills
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Proactive, collaborative, and driven by continuous improvement
