What you'll work on
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable software components for our document processing and automation platform.
- Build reliable APIs and services that integrate with LLMs from Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI.
- Implement efficient services within our Kubernetes environment.
- Collaborate with product managers and AI specialists to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, high-quality code with appropriate test coverage.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for the global team.
- Participate in code reviews and technical documentation.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Python.
- Proficient in software design principles and modern development best practices.
- Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining services in cloud environments (preferably AWS).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience designing and integrating APIs, including REST and GraphQL.
- Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture patterns.
- Exposure to CI/CD workflows, infrastructure as code, and observability tools.
- Bonus: Interest or background in data pipelines, document systems, or AI/ML technologies.
