Job Title: Senior AI Developer / Senior AI Engineer

Experience:5+ years in software development with 2+ years in AI / ML / LLM-based systems
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Developer who has hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and agents, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), APIs, and user-facing AI products.
The ideal candidate will design, build, deploy, and scale intelligent systems that integrate seamlessly into production applications, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and real-world usability.
What we're looking for
- Design and develop AI-powered applications, agents, and workflows using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
- Architect and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and document ingestion systems.
- Integrate AI capabilities into production systems via robust APIs and microservices.
- Build and optimize prompting strategies, agent logic, and orchestration workflows.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency of AI systems in production.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend/frontend teams to deliver user-facing AI features.
- Evaluate and experiment with new models, tools, and techniques to improve product intelligence.
- Monitor, debug, and improve model performance, latency, and accuracy in real environments.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, technical standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & QualificationsCore Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Python (preferred) or equivalent backend language.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.).
- Practical experience building RAG systems (embeddings, chunking, vector search, retrieval strategies).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, Chroma, etc.).
- Experience building and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience deploying AI services to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
AI & Agent Frameworks
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.
- Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents and workflows.
Data & Infrastructure
- Experience with data pipelines, logging, monitoring, and evaluation of AI systems.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with fine-tuning or adapting open-source LLMs.
- Experience with multimodal models (text + images/audio).
- Knowledge of prompt evaluation, guardrails, hallucination mitigation, and safety techniques.
- Experience working on production user-facing AI products (chatbots, copilots, recommendation systems, etc.).
- Prior experience in startups or fast-moving product environments.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: 18,000.00zł - 30,000.00zł per month
