What we're looking for

• Solid understanding of the Investment Management Asset Servicing market, with exposure to or familiarity with Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, and/or Custody Services.
• Experience in a consulting environment or a relevant professional services role.
• Experience supporting transformational change programmes within back-office functions, contributing to successful project outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within project teams, demonstrating a willingness to learn and contribute to team development.
• Experience assisting in the design and delivery of projects, contributing to the development of solutions for back-office operations.
• Ability to work effectively within project teams, supporting the execution of tasks across various workstreams.
• Good understanding of operating model concepts, design, and analysis, particularly as applied to back-office processes, technology integration, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to support client interactions and contribute to building strong client relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to issue resolution within project teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and concisely.
• Willingness to contribute to practice development, including supporting proposition design, thought leadership, and intellectual capital development.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
• A comprehensive understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with an ability to foster an inclusive culture within teams and client engagements.
• Good understanding of risk management principles, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks relevant to asset servicing back-office operations.
