What you'll work on
- Design, build, and deploy dynamic pricing models using machine learning and statistical techniques.
- Analyze large-scale behavioral and transactional data to identify pricing opportunities and customer patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate insights into productized pricing solutions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and model monitoring tools to ensure ongoing model performance.
- Develop A/B tests and simulations to evaluate the impact of pricing strategies.
- Contribute to the development of pricing tools and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on pricing research, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including other Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers, to drive innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Support team and department members in learning, training, and usage of data science, machine learning, AI, and LLMs.

- Optimization of monetization, conversion, and customer experience across the online platform.

- Shaping optimization of conversion funnels of job ad life cycles.
What we're looking for
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, pricing analytics, or a related quantitative role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning, time series modeling, and statistics.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models to a production environment.
- Experience with dynamic pricing in e-commerce or similar environments.
- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning or real-time decision-making systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data tools (Airflow, dbt, etc.).
