What you'll work on
- Experienced in Machine Learning & AI: You have strong fundamental knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI, with practical experience in building models and creating scalable solutions.
- Hands-on with Big Data & tooling: You have experience working with machine learning frameworks and data processing tools like Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark, Pandas, and SQL.
- MLOps & production mindset: You have experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and pipeline orchestration, and understand what it takes to move models from experimentation to production.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, we use GCP products like Vertex AI and BigQuery.
- Experience with LLMs and NLP.
- Experience with modern GenAI systems like agentic workflows and RAG.
- Experience building RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Kubernetes.
- Curiosity in how to use software engineering skills to deploy code.

- You have experience introducing and educating people without domain expertise about machine learning, translating complexity into clarity.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?
As our new Senior Data Scientist in the InsightX area within Mobility, your mission is to leverage AI and machine learning to empower smarter mobility choices across the Nordics. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, analysts, commercial stakeholders, and fellow data scientists across the Mobility vertical.
You will:
- Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights from our extensive dataset.
- Research, develop, and deploy machine-learning models in close collaboration with our product teams.
- Monitor model performance, generate insights, and continuously improve existing models—including our widely used vehicle valuation model.
- Contribute to projects that improve our model development processes, tooling, and infrastructure.
- Continuously identify and propose new ways to leverage both internal and third-party data to enhance our machine learning models and solve key business challenges.
What does success look like?
After 6 months:
- You have taken ownership of one or more core models and contributed meaningful improvements.
- You actively collaborate with product teams and are confident in navigating our data ecosystem.
- You’ve identified at least one new AI opportunity with tangible business value.
After 1 year:
- You have significantly improved model performance and reliability in production.
- You are a trusted AI sparring partner for product and business stakeholders.
- You have contributed to strengthening our ML infrastructure and development practices.
