Senior Generative AI Engineer – Copilot / Power Automate
We’re looking for a
Senior Generative AI Engineer
who can elevate how teams work with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate. This role sits at the intersection of
AI engineering, process automation, user enablement, and platform governance
—perfect for someone who loves building smart systems
and
helping people use them confidently.
You’ll design and optimize AI agents, troubleshoot complex Power Automate issues, coach non-technical users, and strengthen our Power Platform Center of Excellence. If you’re the kind of engineer who knows how to turn AI tooling into real organizational impact, this one’s for you.
**🔧 What You’ll Own
AI Support & Troubleshooting**
- Serve as the go-to expert for Copilot Studio and Power Automate issues
- Solve connector failures, permission problems, workflow errors, and broken automations
- Provide fast, accurate root cause analysis
Agent Design & Optimization
- Review and refine agents for performance, compliance, and scalability
- Improve prompts, workflows, and architecture patterns
- Ensure alignment with governance and platform best practices
User Enablement
- Help employees safely build, extend, and optimize their agents
- Explain platform capabilities and limits in accessible, non-technical language
- Promote safe data usage and DLP-aligned behavior
Architecture & Governance
- Apply knowledge of agent architectures, prompt lifecycles, and RAG patterns
- Partner with security, data, and compliance teams to ensure DLP and governance alignment
- Contribute to Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) standards, monitoring, and lifecycle practices
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Build user guides, reference patterns, troubleshooting playbooks
- Identify recurring issues and propose scalable solutions
- Support observability, health monitoring, and platform oversight
**💡 What You Bring
Required**
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate (core)
- Strong ability to diagnose, design, and optimize agent workflows
- Understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem , DLP frameworks, and governance policies
- Deep knowledge of agent architectures and prompt-response lifecycles
- Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical audiences
What we're looking for
- Exposure to RAG , multi-agent orchestration, or MCP server concepts
- Experience with observability or cost/governance monitoring
- Familiarity with enterprise data environments (Snowflake, Dataverse, Azure Data Lake)
- Prior involvement in a **Power Platform COE
