- Experienced in using analytics and A/B testing to guide product iteration.
- Deep curiosity about DeFi, tokens, and on-chain data; fluent in Web3 culture and product patterns.
- Asset discovery and portfolio features drive measurable growth in active users and trade conversion.
- The user experience around asset management feels intuitive, trustworthy, and performant.
- Collaboration across Trade Lane surfaces (Swaps, Perps, Ramps) is seamless and efficient.
- Execution velocity is high, with features shipped predictably and with strong quality.
- Decisions are data-driven but guided by clear product judgment.
