How does Parcl work?
Parcl is a synthetic asset protocol that is on a mission to deliver real estate to everyone. The Parcl Price Feed tracks the price per square foot of neighborhoods across the U.S. and around the world. This data feeds into a smart contract, allowing users to invest in the underlying price movement of each real estate market. This lets investors gain exposure to the most sought-after neighborhoods with no minimum investment, immediate liquidity, and low transaction fees.
With Parcl you can build your dream real estate portfolio and trade your favorite neighborhoods just like you would Bitcoin, Ethereum or other crypto assets.
What you'll work on
- 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally in highly technical and fast paced environments
- Willing to take product concepts from ideation through validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration
- Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills– specifically, the ability to measure the impact of your product innovation, with your engineering and data science teammates
- Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a cross-functional team - your ability to build strong relationships is critical to success
- Experience with wireframing, creating user stories and agile methodologies (scrum)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: you’re both an active communicator and an eager listener - because let’s face it, you can’t have one without the other
- Passion for using data to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiatives
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves, while seeing the big picture– we’re a small but mighty team and we all wear multiple hats
What we're looking for
- Passion for Growth, Product, Web3.0/DeFi and/or real-estate!
- Experience in launching a product from the very beginning
- Engineering resource planning
- Familiarity with Smart Contracts & AMM’s or decentralized exchanges (DEX) a plus
