**Job Title: Senior Prompt Engineer**
**Duration: 6 months with potential to extend or convert**
**Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite a week)**
**Required Qualifications:**
Overall 10+ years of experience
* 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or related fields, with hands-on exposure to Generative AI systems.
* Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt-response dynamics, and model limitations.
* Proficiency with platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or similar.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
* Ability to document and standardize processes for scalability.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related discipline.
* Experience with advanced prompt techniques (e.g., chaining, RAG, context injection).
* Familiarity with enterprise AI governance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
* Prior experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare..
