About the role
As a Solution Engineer , you will make an impact by engineering full‑stack, AI‑driven web applications on an enterprise AI platform. You will work directly with customers to design, develop, and deploy production applications, demos, and proofs of technology. You will be a valued member of a cross‑functional team and collaborate closely with customers, product management, and engineering teams.
What you'll work on
Work directly with customers to design, build, test, and deploy solutions
Mentor junior team members on coding standards and design best practices
Conduct design and development reviews of customer applications
Test, troubleshoot, and enhance software applications with and on behalf of customers
Deliver technical deep dives, demonstrations, and customer training sessions
Write application specifications and technical documentation
Identify technical risks and gaps and propose mitigation strategies
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to improve overall software quality
Follow Agile software development practices
